Gretchen has been in the financial industry since 2000. She is responsible for managing client services and day to day operations. She is the primary contact for clients and enjoys helping the clients by responding to their requests and accommodating to their needs. As a key responsibility, much of Gretchen’s efforts are focused on client satisfaction and problem resolution. She is focused on providing the best service possible to the Universal Financial Strategies clients. Gretchen is a Notary Public.
Gretchen has been a licensed insurance agent since 2001 and is willing to help service any of your insurance needs. She is a current resident of Waverly, NE where she and her husband raised two children, Mike & Bekah.
